Sanderson Associates comprise a high quality team of Chartered Engineers and technical staff specialising in development related highway investigations. We deal with all highway issues relating to site acquisition, Planning Applications and Inquiries, including assessing the traffic implications of existing or proposed developments and negotiating planning requirements in respect of access, parking, servicing and off-site highway improvements. This can be followed up by a complete design, contract preparation and site supervision service. Due to the wide ranging skills and flexibility of our staff, no scheme is too large or small.

Our Experience

Since 1987 we have carried out numerous schemes throughout the country for a diverse Client list. Public Sector Clients include County and District Councils, British Waterways, Regional Health Authorities, National Power and the former Leeds Development Corporation. Private Sector Clients include Asda, Netto, Morrisons, Tetleys, Boddingtons, Texaco, Fina, Shell, Royal Mail, plus various house builders, utilities, property groups and many others.

All our senior staff have had extensive Local Authority or Consultancy experience prior to joining Sanderson Associates, providing an in-depth knowledge of the critical issues and statutory procedures necessary to achieve a successful development.

The Company operates a Quality Management System which has gained BS EN ISO 9001: 2000 Certification - our systems and procedures are audited throughout the year in a series of internal audits and management reviews. In addition to this all our work is checked by Senior Staff at critical interim stages before being dispatched, thus making sure we provide the best quality service we can to all our clients.
