The Team at Sanderson Associates

The Company currently has 45 technical and support staff at it's two offices. There is a Management Team of four comprising the Managing Director and a further two Principal Engineers and a Business Manager. The Management Team are responsible for the overall management of the Company and the day to day project management.

The Company structure has established teams providing highway, traffic, transportation and water advice throughout both the public and private sectors.

The project teams are headed by a member of the Management Team who, along with the Team Leaders, all have excellent knowledge of the planning process and vast experience within the highways, traffic, transportation and water areas.

The Company also employs 50 part-time enumerators who undertake detailed traffic, car parking and generation surveys assisting in the process of producing detailed reports.

The company is headed by Alison France (I.Eng, FIHIE, AMICE, MIHT), Alison joined Sandersons in 1990 after 7 years of wide-ranging Highways and Development Control experience with Local Authorities, now having over 24 years experience. From 1993 Alison successfully built up and managed an office in Manchester, became a Director in 1997 and Managing Director in 2005.
