What We Do…
What our Clients Say
Flood Risk Assessment
Sanderson’s were a great in helping us with our planning application for a new material silo at our manufacturing base in Sheffield. Darren was efficient and swift in his discussions with the council on the need for a flood risk assessment on the site. Darren’s knowledge of the site and surrounding area and consequent discussions with the council determined that we didn’t need one which has brought the timeline of our application forward by 3 weeks!
Thank you Darren

Access Appraisal in Support of the Reinstatement of Access to a Residential Dwelling
Brett, I would just like to pass on my personal thanks for the assistance you offered us in our planning application to reinstate an unused driveway into our renovation property. From the initial contact with the office staff, through the quote and the carrying out of the road survey, drawings, and associated work through to the finished report we could not speak more highly of the service that we received. From start to finish the process was clear and timings prompt and you kept us informed every step of the way and querying any issues you encountered.
Please pass my genuine thanks to all the team including yourself of course it has been seamless, should I ever require your services again I will have no hesitation in contacting you.

Transport Statement and Access Advice, Residential Development Circa 60 Dwellings
During the course of the compiling the report for submission to planning I found Adam Darwin’s attitude and approach was very professional and supportive. We had several issues to resolve and I found him to respond very quickly and produce revised drawing for discussion with an excellent turnaround time. His phone manner and advice were excellent in helping me reach a solution to the challenges and hopefully we will move the scheme forward with the appropriate authority. I have no reservation in recommending Adam and the team to any interested parties.

Sandersons were appointed to conduct our swept path analysis study for a modern new build house in London. We found the service personable, attentive and thorough. Further, when confronted by a design problem, they were creative and positively contributed to its resolution.

Technical Letter in Support of Residential Development.
Recently worked with Robert in order to turn round a planning application which was being recommended for refusal due to Highways objections at the eleventh hour. On this one we had to really think out of the box quickly to mitigate the concerns. Robert was instrumental in coming up with options and innovative ideas and working them through with Highways. The outcome was they went with one of the options and the application was then recommended for approval and subsequently approved. Looking forward to working with him on our next project.

Stage 3 Road Safety Audit
The service provided was professional, direct to the point and alternatives were provided on discussion of the reports requirements, a user friendly service in every way to a legacy job with very little background information.

Flood Risk Assessment, Proposed Residential Development
Thank you for your assistance on the Flood Risk assessment in relation to our works being carried out at the house.
I would like to add that I only called yesterday seeking advice on a flood risk assessment not knowing what it entails and you have acted extremely quickly. You listened and gave valuable, honest advice in accordance with the level of work required which shows your company is efficient, trustworthy and at the utmost very professional. You could have easily taken the work on and we would have been none of the wiser but instead you dealt with the request accordingly and proportionately to our construction and also took the matter into your own hands.
Furthermore I would definitely recommend Sanderson Associates to anyone looking for your services. Once again I cannot thank you enough.
Many kind regards, Catalina Clarke
Highways Advice, Proposed Residential Development, Micklepage Paddock
I would just like to reiterate my thanks, together with those of my clients, for all the work that you did in assisting to obtain planning permission for the above project. Highways had always indicated that being able to provide adequate sight lines onto the main road would be a major factor in determining this application. Following the traffic survey which you organised and the subsequent approval in obtaining County Highways acceptance was a large factor in the granting of permission. A great credit to you and your organisation – Many Thanks.
